No. If the primary registration recipient has provided MVD with an e-mail address, the registration renewal notice will be sent to that e-mail address. Otherwise, it will be sent to the primary registration recipient’s mailing address. To change your address or add/change/delete an e-mail address with MVD, use
EZ Address/Email change.

If you qualify and pay your reinstatement and re-application fees through
EZ Driver License Reinstatement, a duplicate driver license will be mailed to the mailing address on file with MVD. The express delivery option is not available for a reinstated driver license.
