The Arizona Enhanced 3-in-1 Driver License or ID Card is a concept being evaluated by the Motor Vehicle Division. Under the current proposal, it would be voluntary and separate from the current standard Arizona Driver License and would have 3 functions. It would:

• serve as a limited use international travel document for U.S. land and sea border crossing
• be recognized as a driver license or identification card
• establish employment authorization to meet Arizona's employment eligibility requirements
