MVD is implementing an electronic system for towing companies to file their State of Arizona Abandoned Vehicle Reports.

A new law, Senate Bill 1169 (SB1169), requires electronic filing. This will take effect January 31, 2010.

MVD has developed a quick and simple procedure using ServiceArizona for towing companies or their Authorized Third Party representatives to file the report online.
