  • View fee breakdown
  • Pay fee
  • View confirmation
  • Provide feedback

Before you start, you must:

  • Have your permanent/allocated fleet account number.
  • Ensure your fleet account number matches the fleet account number shown in the detailed invoice statement from ADOT/MVD. Any changes made since receiving the invoice will not be reflected in this transaction.
  • Have your checking account information or one of the following credit/debit/check cards:
Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover
Transactions cannot be performed during scheduled maintenance periods:
11:50pm - 12:10am
Midnight - 2:00am
